An interviewer that asks why, for every participant
First the score, then the conversation. The AI interviewer briefly sums up what it heard, asks what is behind the score and asks for concrete examples, the way a good researcher would. Participants type or simply speak their answer, in their own language. A conversation takes a few minutes, and they see how long beforehand.

The story behind your score, already written
Every answer is analysed automatically for sentiment and themes. Your results show the score and its trend, what is going well and what needs improvement, with the quotes behind it. A short conclusion tells you what stands out, and you can ask follow-up questions about your results in plain language.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a conversation take?
A few minutes. Participants see the estimated duration before they start, and can end the conversation whenever they want.
Can I try ScoreStory for free?
Yes. Your first 10 interviews are free, with no credit card and no end date. Until then you can use everything: build surveys, invite, interview, read and export results. Test conversations you run yourself don't count.
When does someone count as a participant?
Only once they have given at least one answer. Someone who opens the invitation and does nothing doesn't count, and a long conversation still counts as one participant. A ceiling you set yourself prevents surprise invoices.
Can I rely on what the AI writes?
Every theme comes with the quotes behind it, down to the full conversation, so you can always check it. The assistant shows which data it consulted for each answer. Treat the written conclusion as a starting point for your own interpretation: below three conversations, it isn't written at all.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Your logo, colours and avatar appear on the invitation and interview pages, and with a subscription you send invitations from your own domain.
Does ScoreStory connect to our own systems?
Through the public REST API you create invitations and read results from your own software. You can also connect ScoreStory to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. See the developer page.
